Privacy Policy

This page describes the privacy policy for the internal "Givebutter-QuickBooks Sync" tool ("the Tool") used exclusively by DreamBridge Africa.

1. Data Accessed: The Tool accesses data from the Givebutter API (donations, donor information) and the Intuit QuickBooks Online API (customer, sales receipts, accounts).

2. Purpose: The sole purpose of this tool is to synchronize donation data from Givebutter into our internal QuickBooks Online account for accounting and record-keeping.

3. Data Sharing: No data accessed by this tool is shared with, sold to, or exposed to any third party. All data remains within our Givebutter and QuickBooks Online accounts. This tool is for internal operational use only.
